• One 60 Minute 1:1 Zoom Coaching Session each month, which includes:

  • A space to share your struggles in faith/motherhood

  • Biblical encouragement and insights

  • Prayer

  • Homework Assignments (journaling/prayer prompts and relevant Scripture passages to read).

While I hold a Master’s in Counseling, and use that training and experience in our sessions, this is faith-based coaching, and is not Clinical Mental Health Counseling. This is not a space for the diagnosis or treatment of any mental health disorders. I am not a licensed Counselor. The main difference between counseling and coaching is that counseling largely examines the past, whereas coaching looks at the present and where you’d like to go in the future. It helps you get from where you are to where you’d like to be. Counseling also tends to be a wide focus on many different struggles in your life, whereas coaching goes deep into 1-2 areas of struggle at time, to be more focused and intentional.

• Kids Not Listening > God’s Wisdom for Training, Instructing & Disciplining Children, as laid out in His Word
